I called Patrick Coutu when I saw his add in a weekly free magazine that is delivered in the Sarnia area. I was just interested in seeing what my rental property was worth and I was on the fence about selling. I had no idea what selling this rental would entail but Patrick knew all the issues involved since he has many investments himself. I called him, he came out immediately and by the time he got to the back door where I was he had already measured the building and took pictures of the outside and had a good idea of what price it would go for. He was totally prepared to answer my many questions. He persuaded me to list the duplex with him. He was very knowledgeable and very eager to work.

I agreed and put myself in his hands. Since I had listed the duplex as a legal duplex I had a few issues I had to deal with example fire coding and electrical issues. This was all new to me but Patrick knew all the answers he knew people who had done the work before and referred them. The work was done, inspections passed and the property was ready to go.

The property sold in a week at full price with no conditions with a two week closing date. How could that get any better. I couldn’t believe it was done and so quickly. Patrick listened to my concerns offered his opinions and we made the best decision for me. This sale didn’t go through without a bit of work due to inspections but Patrick was available to me by work #, cell, email, text. He went above and beyond and always had a smile on his face. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else.

I do go to open houses if it peaks my interest. The first thing the realtors ask is if I am working with anyone and I say yes I work with Patrick Coutu why would I go anywhere else.
